Day One Hundred Sixty-One (Aka: Comeuppance)
I Can't Hear You
Today was a tiring day at work.

Last Thursday/Friday/Saturday, I spent the majority of my time doing sweet nothing/getting super pro at Hearts, as it was Homeschool convention over the weekend, and because it was more local (Abbotsford's 30m drive vs. last convention in Kelowna - several hours away) there was barely any traffic.  Plus, our POS system went up to convention, and when that's gone, there's not too much you can do.  I had 4 pages of website price changes, 7 pages of shelf price changes, and 1 page of new items to add to the website to do over those days.  I finished the majority of those items the first day.

All the website changes/additions were done within a couple of hours, and the shelf pricing I stretched out over Thursday and Friday, just so I'd have something to do both those days.  I wasn't able to complete it all, but it's kind of hard to when literally half your stock has gone up to convention.

So the remainder of the time (if I wasn't helping customers), I literally had nothing to do.  And I more than made up for it today - unpacking all the boxes.

You can't see them all in this photo, but this is 49 boxes that were emptied today.  The shorter stack stands just a couple of inches taller than me (5' 5").  There's still 21 more boxes to empty.  Thankfully, I don't work again til Saturday, so by that point, it'll be dealt with.  Either way, though - I definitely worked up a sweat today.
